Dr. Niti Gaur

dr niti is very humble and polite. The best thing about Dr. Niti is that she patiently listens to the problem, goes to the depth of it and then starts the treatment. But there are some points which I want to ask,

1: Clinic Consultation charges are 500/- only while If we booked from Practo it will increase to 700/- Why? All other online websites provide extra discounts if we booked appointments, hotels, movies etc through online. But here we have to pay extra money for that. The same question I also want to ask from Practo officials.

2: After Face to Face consultation with doctor, Suppose some of things we forgot for e.g- "What should we avoid to eat or what we should eat" then How shall we contact with doctor for the same through Whatsapp or Mail? At least for that only, Patient should not be extra charged.

3: Reception members/staff have not enough knowledge about the medicines etc. They greeted all the patients very sweetly only but are less professional.

Niti Mam, Please answer these questions which arises in my mind.

I Being a working professional with 12 hours of rigorous schedule it was very helpful as Doctor used to be available for us during each Saturday . From last 3-4 weeks every time we booked from Practo for Saturday - consultation was getting cancelled quoting Doctor is only available for procedures . Dr Niti Gaur of Skin Solutionz was recommended to me by one of my colleagues after I moved to Gurgaon from Bangalore and developed a skin related problem. The Doc is actually a specialist of her trade. Very soft spoken,loaded with experience. She caught the disease with just a sight.

I felt confident & calm post seeking her consultation.however, her prescribed medicines/lotions are too expensive, and i was sceptical weather it will be fruitful of not, but following her direction now in week , i can see significant results.

Will definately request for more affordable medicines for next time for sure.

Well ,the best products (though expensive) brings best results.

Food for thought

The medicine looked affordable,when i checked by swiggy+Zomato monthly expense account..lol ,actualy after meeting her I thought to put more value on skin than to my taste buds for certain time.

Rest all depends on self !!!!
