My son was the patient and my husband took him to hospital. ********* *** **** ** *** ******* Everything was fine. I can recommend doctor to my family or friends. Medicine was prescribed by the doctor. My son had issues in focusing - eyesight related. Hospitality was good. Doctor listened to problem. We have plans to visit soon.

Consultation was good but the waiting time was more because I waited 1 hour to consult the doctor. Overall doctor skills are good but waiting 1-2 hour is not good as I booked the appointment 1 week back. I visited for a normal check up for my eye and I am satisfied with doctor treatment. I would like to recommend this doctor to others and I would like to give a rating of 4/5 and doctor behaviour was good and listened to our problem.

Completely dissatisfied. Doctor didn’t care to ask about my personal history before prescribing me anything

Despite an appointment, had to wait for 45 mins (while the doctors were busy chatting amongst themselves)

Dr. Shagun is my go-to doctor for every eye related problem for my entire family and even kids. She’s empathetic, listens calmly and her diagnosis is spot on! She does not believe in prescribing unnecessary medicines or tests. She was my doctor of choice for lasik that went very well and my eye sight is crystal clear now.

She is a doctor I definitely recommend for her craft and empathy towards patients!
