I am writing this review on behalf of my mother.

I’m megha , a 40 year old woman who wanted guidance on skin care for my age and also get treated for my dull looking skin which had some pigmentation and acne marks .

The clinic is very aesthetic looking which gave a very good feel factor as I entered it . The staff was courtesies and I was attended to by Dr Ruchi within 5 mins of the appointment time that I was given .

She explained me everything in full details and I felt so relaxed to have finally understood how to take care of my skin at this age as per my skin type .

Also , I was recommended Q switch laser to take care of my dull pigmented skin . I took an appointment for the following week and the staff did a commendable job . During the treatment , I was connstantly asked about my comfort level and if I was having any issues with the ongoing treatemnt .

The whole process took only as much time as I was told it will making it easier for me to plan my next visit .

2 days later I got a follow up call from the clinic asking me if I was facing any post treatment issue ( which I didn’t )

Right from the time I entered the world class facility of Satya the front office staff were very courteous and welcoming. They heard my issue and were prompt in getting the paperwork completed.

After this I met Dr Ruchi and she was most patient and explained to me the root cause of my problem and discussed the treatment options. She gave me the pros and cons of both the treatments and discussed the process in detail.

The staff performing the treatment were very well mannered and took care of me at every step asking me about my pain endurance while performing the procedure. They have a lot of experience and expertise and ensured I was taken care of well.

Even after the procedure they told me the precautions that I need to take and any specific ointments that I need to apply to the affected areas.
