Although the doctor arrived late, the team was very helpful. The space was good, but overall my experience was disappointing.

It has been a complete 6 months since I underwent the surgery to remove my glasses, but instead of improvement, I am now forced to wear glasses even more because of the problems ****** ***** *** *********.

My distance vision is still not clear. I have double vision in my left eye, which has still not been resolved, and blurred vision in my right eye. I am also forced to wear glasses for near vision just to manage my daily work. There is constant irritation in my eyes, as if something is stuck inside them, and both eyes remain painful most of the time. Sometimes both of my eyes become red suddenly, and I have already shared the photos with you regarding this issue.

Because of these eye problems, I am unable to work properly or live normally. Visited for my mother in law for retina issues in June 2023. The appoint was scheduled and confirmed at 5.45 PM and we were there at 5.30 PM.

The charges were duly paid for however the doctor simply refused to check the patient saying that he doesnt have time and a revisit can be done tomorrow or some other time. He barely spent 2 minutes with us.

The same complaint was made to the reception desk who mentioned that this is a recurring issue with this doctor. An email was also sent to Max management citing this unprofessional behaviour
