I was having breathing problem from blockage due to internally stuck in nostrils , swallowing problem in eating. crawling sensation. but after three days of course now it's is almost gone. if persist again I will let know. For now I am good. I can sleep and eat well. will recommend him happily.

Visited Max Hospital Regarding gynecomastia.

The doctor recommended excersing for the conditon.

But everyone can read on any good medical website and/or consult any good doctors, the condition can not be fixed by exercise and requires proper surgery for treatment.
