Last month, I was admitted to this hospital for a minor surgery. Since the hospital is close to my home, I decided to proceed with the treatment here after consulting a few other hospitals. Unfortunately, my overall experience has been very disappointing.

Even during discharge, I was asked to wait outside the doctor’s cabin for a long time despite being in pain and despite there being no other patients waiting.
After one month, I again took an appointment and paid the consultation fee after being informed that a doctor was available. However, after reaching the hospital, I was told that the doctor was on rounds and nobody knew when he would return.****** ******* ** ********* ******* ****** ************ *** ***** ********* ** ********** *** **** **** ***** I work in the healthcare industry and regularly interact with many leading hospitals, but this has been one of the bad patient experiences I have had. ** ***** ** **** ** *********** * ***** **** ** * *** ** **. Never got to meet the doctor . Without even informing they made me wait for an hour and sent me inside the cabin . I was confused to see someone who did not resembled Dr Kochar . After coming out I confirmed at the reception and was told that the doctor I met was an assistant of Dr Kochar

**** ******* Explain the issue with time and suggest best practices to be followed. Proper checkup was done and make the patient satisfied for diagnosis and treatment.
Extremely kind and polite doctor with exceptional skills and expertise. I am so glad we have such doctors in our country who treat patients with so much sincerity.
In the first visit he gave good amount of time to the patient and his treatment helped the patient in making some improvement. BUT IN THE VERY NEXT APPOINTMENT HE BARELY GAVE 1 min and just did not even ask the patient about how he is feeling. Wrote the medicines *** ********* and went away. If he did not have time to meet he could have told us. **** ** ********* ************** *** ***** **** ** ******* *** ******** *** *** ******* ***********
