The consultation was good but as per recommendation I got some test conducted but when I am trying to share the reports with him the application isn't delivering the same to doctor over chat. When I do have 7 days window of free follow up then why I can't share the reports and he cannot prescribe me the medicine.

I think it is the application issue, hence need to be rectified so that customers remain with them. Else there are multiple options available

I have booked appointment for myself and visited Heart & Lung Clinic. Doctor was good with me and friendly, check up had done and treatment was suggested to take. I am fully satisfied by with the doctor treatment and I would like to recommend this doctor for others also. On time appointment had done and positive response from clinic staff.

Doctor is great to talk and very polite.

He is one the most down to Earth doctors we have met.

Got consultancy done very quickly and doctor waited for us, even though we were running very late.

Its just day one, so Waiting for the results of prescriped medication.

The only issue is that location was not appropriatly matched per the google maps but staff of this clinic helped us with their live location.

Overall Good experience and can recommend to others.

He is such a polite doctor and good listener too. He listens each and everything about patient's problem.

Iam very happy with the diagnosis and satisfied with the treatment. My mother is going through joint and body pain since 2 month. After consulting and treatment my mother is feeling better.
