Dr. Nirupa Lakshmi ma’am is one of the most qualified professors and counselling practitioners I have had the privilege to meet at my university. She has a warm presence and a grace that instantly makes you feel connected to her. She not only taught us but also genuinely cared about the challenges we faced in both our academic and personal lives.

As a professor, she introduced several innovative teaching methods in our department and encouraged students to express ***** ********* freely. She gave us opportunities to teach, to articulate what we had learned in her classes, and guided us by gently correcting us wherever we were lacking. These experiences built my confidence, and today, as a scholar, I find myself using those very skills while teaching master’s students.

Her practical approach to teaching—where we gained real, hands-on skills—was truly unique. I still remember during our psychotherapy classes, she conducted one-on-one sessions to guide us on how to effectively carry out counselling. Her ***** ** ********* *** extensive experience always reflected in her teaching. Learning from someone with such rich practical exposure was always deeply insightful.

Beyond academics, she contributed immensely to our personal growth as well. I remember how she would take sessions with students going through personal crises. For me too, she was someone I could open up to without hesitation. I will always cherish the time I spent with her in the department, those days shaped me in many ways and played a significant role in making me who I am today.

Thank you, ma’am, for everything. You are not just a talented and experienced professor and counsellor, but also a truly genuine and empathetic mentor.

I wish i could give her 100 stars . Dr N Lakshmi, she is not just an expert psychologist but also a kind human being. I wanna share experience of my best friend to whom I recommended Dr. N Lakshmi. He was going through a traumatic accident because of that accident he lost hope in life and started believing that he will never be able to do things the way he want. I thought to help him out. I contacted Dr. N. Lakshmi through practo . He took 6 sessions . Now he is much better and after attending the counselling session his mental health is recovering two time faster than before and he is doing very well in his academics.

She is still in contact of him and mine also. She helped me out to decide my career . I am very happy and grateful to her. I personally recommend her. I wrote this long review after 2 months of the counselling session to provide you the genuine review. Anyone who is reading this review please go for it if you are suffering from mental illness. I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care and guidance provided by Dr. N. Lakshmi in helping me overcome my anxiety and hypertension. From the very first session, it was evident that Dr. Lakshmi possesses a deep understanding of mental health issues and a genuine passion for helping her patients.

Throughout my journey with Dr. Lakshmi, she exhibited a remarkable level of professionalism and empathy. Her ability to create a warm and non-judgmental environment made it easy for me to open up and share my concerns. We went to Dr. Laxmi for our child who often cries and ask for her teachers attention at school.

We had consulted 2 more doctors for the same who were a physician and Paedritican , child behaviour e specialist .

The we went to Doctor Laxmi , post her spending more than an hour with my child. She had told us that as she had had a delayed speech and she is wanting to communicate and as a parent we speak different language at home. The child is finding hard to communicate with other children and is only attached with the one who is showing affection towards her.

We have started communicating with her in Hindi and hope it works out for her as she is an absolutely normal child with a very sharp mind.

Dr. Laxmi , is very good in explaining and would recommend others to visit here as well.
