CRH ENT, MRI and Diagnostics, Phi III

It is the most expensive *** *******ENT clinic I have ever visited.

I went for ear numbness issue . Doctor first did a normal sound checkup to check if I have any hearing issues and checked if there was any wax deposit.

He told everything was fine.

Still he sent me for another test without letting me know that it costs additionally 900 rupees, reports were normal for that.

Again doctor called me back and ************* did third test for showing me the camera visuals of my ear( again without letting me know it's cost which was 500).

Ultimately, he told my ears were totally fine and prescribed a tablet.

Atlast when I went upstairs, I was charged 800 rupees for doctor consultation and 1400 for *********** tests. Which is total of 2200.

I felt I have wasted my money without telling me any proper justification and reasons for my illness.

And if he still wanted to conduct any additional test for my satisfaction then he should have asked for my permission and also should have told the costs for the test.

The biggest irony is that whole clinic is well equipped with all kinds of medical devices and machines but they don't provide you any printed bill for your payments. Rather their prescriptions, doctor's reports all are computerized prints.

When I explicitly asked for it, then the receptionist gave me a receipt of 1400 which was hand written bill.

Dr. Harpreet been a nice professional oriented doctor. Listens to concerned problems and explains how and what caused it as well provide a resolve for that.

During this covid time he is rendering services which is nice.

In fact I had been got done all screening of my wife from Dr.Rachna if I correctly remember in 2015 so over all a good experience at both places.

Only help needed is from pharmacy I have not received my bill which was to be sent mail, that guy has my email id expect to get it or will have to revisit.

I was given an appointment for 9 AM. I reached on time only to find that even the staff was missing till 9.15. I was the first patient for today both in terms of appointment as also in terms of arrival at the clinic, but could see the doctor only at 9.40AM by when several other patients with later appointments had also arrived. Suggest more punctuality or the appointments should be given starting a later time. This is important even for avoiding crowding in the waiting area or patients being told to wait in their cars and keep checking periodically about their turn.

I was in bad ear ache for 20 days and I still remember, I was pain free from the 1st day i visited sir. He explained me everything properly and even suggested me natural property medicine as perforations in my eardrum was not that much. I m thankful that he didnt suggested me anything more than what was required. For complete treatment I visited 3 4 times. But i would suggest that the patient who is not a 1st timer and is visiting clinic for continuation of his treatment should be charged less i.e., ************ **** ****** *** ** *** ************* **** *** ********** ************ ** ****** ****** ** *** ** *** **** as people who are not that wealthy would also find it affordable to visit such a good and experienced doctor thus, this type of relaxation in amount would be of a great help for social welfare.
