Though she is very kind and polite with her patients IN PERSON, explaining everything in detail about all the do's and dont's and emphasising on cultural and natural ways of pregnancy & exercises and positive and negative energy, but when it comes to telephonic conversation during emergency situations, she takes a 360 degree turn and talk rudely, arrogantly, unsympathetically showing no politeness or kindness and disconnects the call.

Example: 1. On asking the clarification regarding prescribed medicines she replied "firstly, my handwriting is legible and secondly you should have understood it during your visit. (called around 6 pm)

2. During pandemic times it is not possible to visit the doctor for every minor issue like Vomitting. She seemed disinterested in listening to our problem and hanged the phone. (called around 3 pm)

We visited her twice at her home clinic and get all the tests and ultrasound done according to her advice.

PS:-

A gynecologist should be a Friend, Guide and philosopher of her patient before being a Doctor. *** * ******** **** **** ** ***** *** ********* ***** ** *** *** recommend one should not see the doctors that shows rudeness as one needs it for 9 months and even more.

Dr. Mamta Jha Ma'am has been a blessing to me and I consider her to be the best gynaecologist, mainly due to her positive outlook and non-medicated approach. Her diagnosis and treatment is impeccable and most importantly very timely. She brings out one's full potential to the forefront by making one realise what a mind can achieve. It is rare to find such a doctor who can bring such an holistic change in your life. She recommends traditional Indian methods like yoga which brings lifelong benefits unlike other Gynaecologist who would maybe opt for western methods. One just needs to be give in completely to her and listen to her diligently, no matter how difficult it may be and everything else would be taken care of. I was active and doing yoga till the day of my delivery and my labour pain felt only a slight discomfort. That is the change that Ma'am brought into my life and I am forever indebted to her. Thank you very much Ma'am and we have only the best of best wishes for you.

It was just an awesome experience with the doctor. While there is lot to say about the Dr. Mamta but i will highlight following 2 points:

1) Putting herself in patient shoes and explain the entire process from diagnosis to treatment

2) Very prompt in her response

Doctor ** ********* **** *** explained everything in details. My wife consulted her for hyperemesis gravidarum during her pregnancy and doctor just explained and prescribed medicines to her like a real wellwisher, Really nice approach towards first time mothers like my wife. :)
