Dr. Vidushi Jain

Here I am combining my experience and my Hubby's experience of how we felt and got treated by Dr. Vidushi Jain, she is a very sweet person and I like her a lot and her staff - professional, sweet, well mannered, soft spoken. We first visited her on August 7, 2016 for my skin problem - Chronic Urticaria, which was persisting for 3 months, it was diagnosed well and treatment was spot on as I was relieved within 15 days. Post my actual problem I bombarded her with my concerns for my hair loss, hair thinning, skin issues for face, dark eyes, dark lips - I still do so... and she is patient enough to answer all my concerns and queries with a very sweet smile on her face. She answers all my concerns but she don't like to push medicines on prescription for non-relevant issues. Her medicines are a bit expensive *** **** ** ******* *** **** **** *** ***** I can testify for my glowing skin and break on continuous hair fall and no dandruff. And she never ask you to come for frequent visits or try to push any unnecessary procedures for skin or hair, she definitely explain you the available procedures and what will they do and then leave it to our discretion. Now for my husband he had a very bad case of dandruff for may be decades but post treatment of close to 2 months, I can see a vast difference and cannot spot a single dandruff and he is very happy about it. I bugged her for my husband's skin troubles too. We will definitely recommend Dr Vidushi Jain to our family and friends and anybody who is reading this feedback. Writing this review after completion of my full treatment for Alopecia Areta with Dr. Vidhushi.

About my illness - I had 3 alopecia patches - 2 on my beard and 1 in my scalp, the beard patch use to bother me a lot since it was near my goatee .

My treatment experience - Consulted Dr. Vidhushi around 3 months back and her approach towards the treatment is very structured and transparent so that patient always knows why she is prescribing something.

Started with explaining me about this auto-immune diaease and also clearly set expectations upfront that cure will not happen overnight but steadily it will happen, trusting the treatment is essential.

Prescribed all the necessary medical tests to know my nutrient deficiencies.

Prescribed me great meds, oinments and minor injections.

I started to observe visible improvements from 1st month, and in around 3 months I had full growth of hair and no visible patch and complete cure to my problem।

There was a total lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic courtesy.

Today My wife booked appointment with this doctor for 2:30pm . We reached before time i.e 2 pm ..We were told you need to wait till 3 pm so we were left with no option that is to wait. But still the reception said it will take more time but we asked her and requested them then what’s the point in giving appointment ...We told them we have two daughter to take care that’s why we booked appointment...but the receptionist has no answer and to add to this even we spoke to doctor and explained her all the things but she was not at all interested and willing to listen she said i can’t help in this and was so rude and un professional we can’t tell you. All my life I have been scared of meeting people owing to pimple scars and redness of skin. Even though I have long past my teenage, I have lost a lot of self-esteem and I just couldn't see myself in the mirror. Dr. Vidushi was my last hope after I gave up every hope. I knew nothing could work on my skin but I can say after years of internal struggling, for the first time in life I felt good. Don't know how can I ever thank her. It has been 4 years I came in contact with the doctor and my life considerably improves. However owing to my skin condition, with intermittent flare-ups, I do visit her for check-up but nothing major has happened to me. Thanking you from the core of my heart.

I had a very satisfying consultation with the doctor. She was very patient enough to listen to my issue. I had recurrent episodes of acne on and off .

She suggested me to go for a hormonal ananlysis after complete exmaination as she pointed towards the recurrent acne, facial hair and hair fall that I was suffering to all be related.

After tests I came to know that yes I was suffering from Pcod which was not diagnosed for so many years.

She started me on medications which gave me so much change that I had actually thought to be normal in me over years.

I reached out to Dr Vidushi Jain for sudden outburst of acne in early 2018. She got the relevant tests done and explained the reason behind the acnes and within months my cystic acnes were gone and acne cured. During the treatment my wedding was also fixed and I was just conscious about my skin, especially the scars which takes several months usually to heal. However, through sessions of dermaroller, peel and PRP I got the skin I was looking for on my wedding in Jan 2019. I didn’t go for any salon services like facial, bleach, etc. for my wedding. My skin looked absolutely gorgeous on my wedding.

*** *** *** ** ****************** We booked an appointment through Practo and got confirmation message for 4:30 PM. When we reached her clinic, for some “unknown” reasons she was not there, and we were asked to come again at 5:30PM with the another “confirmed” appointment. With no choice, we returned at 5:30PM, but still she was not available. We had to wait for another 1 hour before she even showed up. There were another 10 patients, half of those left eventually anyways. And, this is not first time. I had a similar experience in the past. But this time it was beyond anyone’s limit. Will never recommend.

First of all I am sorry to write this review a bit late, but better late than never.I visited her in june for the very first time to have my skin infection treated, I completed the course and went on an official tour. After 1 week when I returned I noticed that I again got the infection and so I had booked an appointment with Dr. Vidushi for 8th of July. Soon her assistant called me and asked for my confirmation. I told her that this appointment is very imp for me as I had to again go out of town for a month the very next day.She told me to wait for her call for the confirmation from Dr. , but I never received a call back from her. The very same day I received an automated msg from the doctor to provide the feedback on practo, this shows her vigilance. the behaviour is truly unprofessional and I would not recommend her to anybody.
