Dr. Shweta Sharma has more than 7 years of experience as a dietician. She worked in Delhi with diet clinic also. She is now working in Noida and Greater Noida.
It was a great experience. I don't have words to explain level of my joy. I have been struggling for last one year to lose weight. I tried everything ranging from running, staying hungry, skipping dinner, stopped consuming sugar and much more but nothing really worked. I hardly could loose half kg but that would reappear if i stop following one thing. This was like torture. I used to feel very low and depressed all time because i was stuck that what else can i do. She didn't just say that stop consuming sugar instead she asked me to have one table spoon sugar in a day which is quite practical.
I have lost 1.5-2kg in 12 days without any exercise. thank you so much for helping me out. I just hope that this weight will not come again once i stop dieting.
I went to see Ma'am 1 year back only for slimming purpose but she also taught me how to eat the right kind of food. I started having more nutritious diet than I used to have earlier. Generally people who even eat less food dont eat the right type of food and it makes them weak. She taught me about healthy diet and apart from my weight getting reduced, my Blood Pressure also improved which used to be low earlier.

Not great, she didn't really answer my questions and gave extremely generic advice which I pretty much knew. 500 bucks wasted for no reason. Maybe I chose the wrong doctor.

It was one of the most enjoyable experience with Dr. Shweta. I consulted for diet counselling and I was concerned in beginning whether I will be able to pull it off or not. Credits to her, she made it really easy. I lost 10 KG in 40 days ( I also used to run 2 km everyday apart from following the diet plan).
The best part of the process was that it was highly customised and was perfectly tailored to suit your requirements. I never thought that a healthy diet can be achieved as a lifestyle without leaving your taste buds craving but well, she made it possible for me to enjoy what I was doing. Read about Shweta's diet councelling on most of the health sites on web and consulted her for myself and my brother. She understands your problem and goals indepth and then guides you with a proper diet plan. Her diet plan was never a typical diet plan, it was so facinitating and exciting that you cant skip it. She includes all your favourite food and ensures that you dont skip the diet. Her plan was so effective that everyone around us noticed and asked for her.
Also she is such a lovely person who motivates and guides you in the very right direction.
