Dr Shivani is an understanding, patient, and very intelligent individual. She helped me identify the issues I was struggling with and always supported me in coming to realizations myself.

I found the entire experience very beneficial. The counselling resulted in noticeable changes in my attitude and behaviour, so in this light I found the service highly effective. I was happy with the speed at which sessions progressed, not too fast yet not too laborious either.

The best thing about her is that she is never in a hurry, she listens to the problem very patiently and asks you first "what will be the solution to that problem according to you" and later she give her points where you are lacking in understanding it and also tell you where you are getting it wrong (so humbly )that you realise you are going in wrong direction , and then she guides you how you can overcome your problem. She always acts so friendly that those just an hour session always had so much impact on you for a very longer period.

I just wanted to thank you for the sessions we had together. You really helped me get some simple yet immensely important insights about myself and what I should work on in the future. Though a simple thanks isn't enough to express my gratitude towards you Mam.
