I consulted Dr. Shikha for a spasm in my back muscles. She very patiently listened to the history and asked a lot to questions related to the problem. She then explained in detail what might have caused and what needs to be done. She also taught me several exercises and advised me to take IFT, Thermal and US sessions. Within 3 days the pain reduced considerably. I would strongly recommend Dr. Shikha for physiotherapy and pain management.
