She's the listener you need when it feels like no one else is willing to truly understand what you're feeling. She understands you and makes sure you know that your feelings are completely valid. She helps make sense of emotions that even you struggle to understand.

She is very supportive and caring in nature when it comes to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In my 2 years of receiving therapy from her, it has been a wonderful experience. I cannot recommend her more.

I've been consulting with Dr. Ruhi since Jan 2019 after short stints with many other therapists. I had to stop therapy with her for a while due to circumstances outside my control but after trying a couple of others, I went back to her because of her empathetic approach where she supports and challenges you at the right time.
