I came with severe pain in lower back. Doctor checked my posture and certain other things like extent of injury and flexibility. After proper diagnosis, I was told to attend some physiotherapy sessions which included healing measures like cold/hot fermentation and ultrasound therapy. Attending these 3 sessions proved extremely pain relieving and comforting in nature. Further, guidance was given regarding rest and how to begin with exercises again.
