****** *** *** *** ********* ********* ,i came to u with a back pain and orthopedics advised me surgery ,i was very much depressed at the age of 42 ,one has to go through surgery it was really depressing but when i visited Dr. Gargs clinic not only he consulted me that this problem can be treated through manual physiotherapy but he also treated me very well , he tok me step by step up level of exercise and tought me all of them .

I was in a lot of pain for last 3 months and had tried few other consultants / physiotherapists in the past but with no luck.
I then met Dr. Ankit and within 3-4 sessions I felt lot of relief and I was able to perform extensive movement with the shoulder and hand.
Dr. Ankit uses a lot of unique techniques which help the healing process. His methods are different *** **** ********** He uses his experience to hit the ground running and you can see the results pretty soon.
All in all a great experience and I would very highly recommend him to any one who has any kind of physiotherapy needs to consult him.
It's a good experience with the Doctor, his techniques are comprised of both modern and traditional medical science for pain treatment. I would recommend the Doctor in NCR to everyone. In my case, I have been suffering from knee pain from last 1 year now it's gone after the treatment, currently continue with some exercises as recommended by the doctor.

My experience was below expectation.
I would like to highlight a few points which in my opinion need a change, could serve as constructive criticism and might help you in making a decision to go with Dr Ankit. I am suffering from Cervical Spondylosis for everyone’s reference.
1. The first mistake I made was to go to the physiotherapist directly. * ****** **** **** * ********** ****** Because without any xray, Dr Ankit started the treatment based on assumption and general look at my back. I believe a doctor should always correlate his/her clinical findings with pathological/diagnostic findings. The doctor started making me do exercises from the second/third day ***** *** ***** ********* ** * **** ******* *** *********** *********** **** * ***** ********* ***** *** ** **** ** **** ******** ***** ** **** ** ************** I had inversion in my neck part of the spine which was identified only after an x ray conducted by the ortho. *** **** ********* ****** ****** ** ***** *** ************* ********* **** ****** ****** ** ** **** *** ***** ******* ** ******** He said he doesn’t have a system of per day payment and said that a few mixed therapies will cost upto 2500 per day which will be lesser if I take package. I understand that some physiotherapists will offer packages, but they also have a per day payment system as well. ** ** ******* ******* ******* ** **** * *** ******* ** *** ******** The doctor insisted me to buy D3 and multivitamins from him for 2 months without even getting tested. Later when I got my lab report my D3 and B12 were almost in normal range. 2 months of its dosage could possibly have adverse effects as well. * ******* ** ****** ****** ********* *********** *** ****** ******* ********* ** *** **** ******* **** ** ***** ** **** ** ** *** ******* ** * ******* ***** *** *** *** ** ** ****** ************ *On the first day when I consulted the doctor, a bunch of therapies were written in the prescription. But during the course of 15 days, I got hardly 3-4 of them.
5. The doctor had promised that after 15 days I would be pain free *** **** ** ** **** ****** On the last day when I informed the doctor that I still have pain and it has increased, he told me to take an appointment if it still pains after 24 hours. If you have guaranteed someone that they would make them pain free then they should offer to extend by a few days or at least offer a discount for follow ups.
6. On day one he told me that he would teac me exercises to prevent it from reoccurring in the future but I wasn’t taught any exercise.
