I visited Dr. Divya for recurring boils on my legs after having consulted several other doctors. What really stood out to me was that Dr. Divya did not immediately push me towards laser hair reduction, unlike some other places I had visited. She first suggested other medications and treatment options. In fact, it was I who decided to try laser hair reduction with her.

The treatment here is also very cost-effective, and both Dr. Divya and her staff made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the process. There was never any feeling of being forced into LHR or being pushed to purchase sessions.

During my first laser hair reduction session, I experienced quite a bit of pain, especially around my shin. The staff member, Sumanti, and Dr. Divya were incredibly patient with me. They went very slowly, gave me proper breaks, adjusted the intensity based on my comfort, and made sure I was okay throughout the session.

What I appreciated the most was that even after I found the first session painful, they never pressured me to continue with the remaining sessions. They simply told me that I could come back if and when I felt comfortable and restart the treatment. It genuinely felt like my comfort was being prioritised over their benefits, which is why I decided to go ahead with my second sitting yesterday.

This time, I was completely comfortable. They also did a patch test before starting, which gave me additional confidence before continuing with the treatment.

The entire staff is friendly, helpful, patient, and supportive. I really appreciate the way they handle their patients and make you feel heard rather than simply trying to sell you a treatment.
