Hello! I am amruta... I live in pune..and I am following this diet program from pune. . I had tried so many diets to loose weight but nothing was working. I met many dieticians in Pune but they used to give such a complex and fancy diet.. I was Fed up of doing that.. then I came across Asmita ji n she came like an angel in my life. Her diet plans are so magical I never thought that such a simple regular routine diet can make u loose weight. Diets are really very interesting so u don't starv at all. I started this diet in April 2019 and I have lost 8 kgs till now but still long way to go. And it's all because of asmitaji.. she is such a humble person. She listens all your queries and answers them in a satisfactory way... I believe that she puts lot of effort and dedication to give us a proper diet plan so it is our duty to deliver her a bestest results through our dedication and hardwork. It was a great experience with Dt. Asmita. She has a very good understanding of how the human system works and how a balance could be brought with simple changes in diet and life style. Her counselling has not only helped me loose weight but also solved the health issues associated with weight gain. She gives good suggestions and patiently listens to the problems.

I first visited Dt. Asmita, 2 months back as i wanted to loose the extra kilos from my body. She gave me a comprehensive Diet Chart and I followed it religiously and the result is that I have lost 4 kg's in the past 2 months and i did not starve at all, as I had so many healthy food options provided by Dt. Asmita.

It was very satisfying experience with the Doctor, she was not only friendly but was patient enough to explain and answer all queries.

The plan suggested by her worked very well.

Dt. Asmita does not believe in crash diets and believe in keeping her fitter rather than just loosing weight. Diet suggestions are very basic and easy to follow. Highly recommended.
