I especially appreciated how patiently he listened to all of my problems; I never felt rushed during my appointments, which allowed me to fully discuss my symptoms and concerns. Their communication skills are excellent, ensuring I understood every step of the diagnosis and treatment plan.

Most importantly, the treatment provided has been highly effective, and I am feeling significantly better now.

Very Disappointing Experience – Strongly Not Recommended

I had a very concerning experience at Yashoda Hospital, Nehru Nagar, during my treatment for a urinary issue.

Initially, I was under the care of Dr. Pradeep Prakash. However, when I visited the hospital after a few days, I was informed that he was unavailable for 2 days, and I was redirected to Dr. Vikas Kumar Bansal.

During the consultation, I felt that my concerns were not properly heard. I was advised to undergo surgery immediately the next day, which felt rushed. I specifically requested to wait for my primary doctor (Dr. Prakash), but I was told it was an emergency situation.

What raised further concern was the visible urgency in scheduling the procedure, including discussions about operation theatre availability and personal travel plans. Despite my family requesting to delay the procedure given the circumstances, the surgery was still performed.
