The doctor explained things very nicely and the interaction was good. I liked the vibe and atmosphere during the visit. However, the wait time was not reasonable.

Dr. Swati makes one so comfortable she keeps explaining the procedure so that you are well prepared and tada the procedure is done ✅. So like Urdu has a saying that 'unke hath me shifa hai ' which means she has a healing magic wand in her hand by God.

Also she is very genuine to tell u what is suitable procedure for you not like any other that just do the job. She is so passionate about her each patient. She had all my record kept safe from 2017. I strongly recommend Dr.Swati to all. If any one has fear of dentist see Dr. Swati.

I had a very upsetting experience during my root canal treatment at this clinic. I was being treated for an issue in my lower right wisdom tooth, and this was my third visit. That day, I also told the dentist that I was experiencing pain in my upper wisdom tooth, for which she gave me two painkillers.

As she began removing the temporary filling from my right lower wisdom tooth everything was fine initially. *** **** she started pricking the canals with needles, *** **** ****** *********** * ********** ********* **** *** ********* ** **** ***** ********** *** ** *** ****** ***** *** *** ******** * **** ******* ** ***** ** *********** ** ****** **** * *** ** **** * *** ********** ******* *** * *** ** ****** *** ** **** *** **** *** * ****** ** ******** **** ** *** *** ** ************ **** ********** **** **** ** ******** *** *********** ******* *** ********* *** ***** ******** ** *** *** ******** *** ********* **** *** ************* *** *** **** ** *** ******** At last after giving anaesthesia ***** * *** ** ********** ********* Out of the three canals, she could only fill two — she said the third one couldn't be done due to the angulation, and then **** ******* told me to return on Tuesday.

I showed up on Tuesday as told, but she refused to treat me unless I brought someone from my family. I’m 32 years old and perfectly capable of managing my appointments, yet she didn’t even explain her reasoning or offer any alternative. When I called my husband to speak with her, she refused to talk to him as well. Left with no choice, I had to leave — without treatment, closure, or any sense of professionalism.

Great experience. Dr Swati explained the problem thoroughly, and the phase wise treatment is not only effective but also quicker than the usual. Also, far more cost efficient for the services her clinic provided in comparison to the costlier ones in Delhi.

It was really a great experience. Dr. Swati are very cooperative and they explain each and every aspect with patience and happiness. Dr Swati was very professional and explained the situation in detail and the options available for my cracked molars. She gave details of the cost involved in case of tooth implants etc.After the implants surgery which was done in a most professional way, she gave detailed information about post operative care and gave tips and called up to know if I was having any trouble.Very professional and friendly.

I have regular problems in my teeths because I take chocolates and cookies frequently. So I go to Dr. Swati's clinic for treatment of the same and I fully satisfied about the treatment as well as hospitality.
