I had been suffering from bad back and right leg pain for 1.5 years. Although coupling with numerous doctors, many periods, i had been usually explained pertaining to terrible pose and also encouraged to take some relaxation as well as simple workout routines. Unfortunately, nothing of that sort alleviated the pain, and in time, it became so bad that I was unable to walk, and by and large, was bedridden.

It was only after consulting Dr. Pramod Saini that I was clearly and accurately diagnosed with Bertolotti’s Syndrome. He carefully described the circumstance, answered all my questions, and offered assistance at a moment when I am almost surrendered.

On March 7, 2025, I had spine surgery with him (Fusion L5-S1, Laminectomy L5, Discectomy L5-S1, Bone Grafting L5-S1). The surgery went fine and for the first time in years, I can walk without that unbearable ache. everyone I ever know has given me a new beginning in life.

I would like to extend my gratitude also to Ali, Dr. Saini’s assistant, for such supreme kindness and for being very helpful with me while I was in the hospital. His hospitable manner and regular calls relieved much during recovery.

Dr Pramod Saini is one of the most courteous surgeons i have ever visited. He meets patients so gently and explains the medical terms ** *** ***** ********* He answers all the questions you ask him and never tries to make haste. It never feels like we are sitting in front of a surgeon who examines so many patients on daily basis, In fact it feels like you are sitting with your family member who can feel your pain. I visited him first time for severe back pain and after 10 days when i revisited him, i was surprised to see that he remembered my walking, sitting style, what was mentioned in my mri reports and the severity of pain. He even remembered how much time i took to settle on chair. I am highly impressed how seriously he takes his patient.The severity of my back pain was so high that  i wasn't even able to lift my feet and right hand. Dr. Pramod is extremely ************* *** supportive. He diagnosed the pain I was suffering from over a month as sciatica and suggested medication and therpy needed. My experience was very disappointing. We went there for my daughter. The doctor did not attend my daughter even after waiting. Moreover the attendant told us that we will have to wait for 1.5 hours to consult the doctoe. When we told him that we have an appointment from Practo, he said we don't consider practo appointment. Then what is the use of booking an appointment with Practo???
