I had a very good experience with Dr. Poonam Tyagi. She was very polite and explained everything clearly. The root canal and filling treatment was smooth and comfortable, and I felt it was good value for the fee paid. Highly recommended.

Dr. Poonam Tyagi is a very professional doctor. She listens to patient's problem and understand it very well. She analyzed that i am having serious infection in my previous RCT (got done from another dentist) due to which i was suffering from serious pain. Best thing i like about my current RCT exp is that she did not hurried into the matter but gave ample time to heal the infection first and then take further action. As a patient we never know what is the current situation but only a doctor can understand it and whatever doctor decides to do we have to trust on it. So best thing was she did not hurry into the situation and also explained well in every sitting what is the current situation, what has been done and why it has been done. Only when she was confident that infection has healed she proceeded with the RCT. I am 100% satisfied with the treatment.

Also, i want to thank Dr. Poonam Tyagi for taking good care of my dental problem.

Even if I give 5000 *'s that will be less. I recently visited her clinic, and she gave me the best advice. When I went to her clinic, the condition of my teeth was not good. There was sensitivity on the right and left sides of my mouth because there is a big filing on one side, and there was a big hole in my teeth on the other side. She understood the crisis of the situation and responded swiftly, and took my case on priority. I felt that I was in good hands. She was very gentle and kind to me. She is highly patient because she explained all my childish questions in complete detail. I felt lucky that I found her clinic. I am highly grateful to her that she fix all the issues in my teeth.

I am someone who really gets in depths before visiting any doctor. My grandfather was really really happy when he came home after his visit so only because of his recommendation I consulted.

I think she’ll be my go-to respected person if I have any issues in the future. I was shivering when I had gone for my visit for my first consultation. I’ve been to a lot of doctors like we all have been but you’ll never find any such doctor who’ll listen to you in and out.

In short my experience at Smile & Shine Dental Clinic at Sahibabad has been ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. I was there for root canal treatment three of my teeth. Dr. Poonam Tyagi is very experienced and talented doctor and did the entire procedure like an expert would do, with no pain to me. Rather RCT of one tooth was completed in one sitting only. Dr. Tyagi is very polite and removed all the doubts and fears from my mind by her explanation and discussion about the treatment. She was available on phone whenever I needed to consult her during the treatment which saved a lot of travelling time for me as I was visiting her clinic from Gurgaon. I would very strongly recommend Dr. Poonam Tyagi for all sorts of dental care and treatment for peace of mind at a very reasonable cost.

My mother was facing the problem of infection under the 3teeth, it was filled with pus, she couldn't able to eat any food. The situation was very bad Before 6month ago, my husband had already taken the treatment there, we were extremely satisfied. And that's y continued the treatment of my mother also there. It was excellent result, within less time treatment completed. Even mother also feel the same experience - friendly envt., painless treatment, everyone is helpful , empathic and doing their work in a very professional manner, what is the patient always wants!
