Dr. Poonam Tyagi is a very professional doctor. She listens to patient's problem and understand it very well. She analyzed that i am having serious infection in my previous RCT (got done from another dentist) due to which i was suffering from serious pain. Best thing i like about my current RCT exp is that she did not hurried into the matter but gave ample time to heal the infection first and then take further action. As a patient we never know what is the current situation but only a doctor can understand it and whatever doctor decides to do we have to trust on it. So best thing was she did not hurry into the situation and also explained well in every sitting what is the current situation, what has been done and why it has been done. Only when she was confident that infection has healed she proceeded with the RCT. I am 100% satisfied with the treatment.
