Dr. Konica prescribed the right medication for my father's skin allergy which even Doctors from Narayana Hrudalaya were unableAfter consulting doctors at Big hospitals such as Narayana Hrudayalaya, Practice allocated Dr. Konica to me. My father had a skin allergy after getting discharged from the ICU and none of these doctors were able to help him. Narayana charged me 6k for getting a Serum IGE test and for administering Avil, and for 6 doctors consultations, out of which I didn't see 5 doctors. Dr. Konica had a video call with us. She is well-informed and her response itself made us feel confident. I was apprehensive about a video consultation but talking to her was the most helpful experience in the past one week. I made a request while booking for a tele or a video consultation, the doctor pivoted on chats and shouted on me saying she has more patients why are you calling, text me! she could have been empathetic, it was rude experience when I connected with her over call when my messages werent going to her. was not happy with the way and kind of medication/prescription was given, i had no throat infection and was given azythtomycin, i was not sure why no antibiotic was added to my prescription. *** ** ** *** *** ******* not sure but had no energy to call her again and ask the why when i was down with 102.6. had to see another doctor and get the treatment going. I consulted a doctor online for a fever and body pain. At this time I was already suffering from high fever with sever body pain for two days. Doctor asked me to test for dengue and immediately prescribed medication for dengue. The test results came back positive for dengue.
