I reached out for help for my mother suffering from disk degeneration, nerve compression at t4-t5 and sciatica having severe pain in left leg. Before the surgery, even walking 10 steps was extremely painful, and we were genuinely worried about what lay ahead. I couldnt believe when she first completed 1 km walk on day 16 after surgery . Today, in 4 months time, she comfortably walks 5 to 6 km every day after spinal decompression and fusion without any pain whatsoever. The recovery has honestly been beyond what we had hoped for.
