My mother was admitted in BLK hospital, Rajendra Nagar on 17/11/2024. She had a swelling on her hands, face and arms. Plus, she had constipation problems. We waited for 2 hours in emergency that doctors will help us. *** ** *** *** ******** ** ****** ********* ** *** ******* * **** ****** ** ***** *** ** *********** After few hours, ultrasound was done. My mother wanted to go washroom but no single nurse was listening to us. *** **** **** ** ***** ***** *** ** ***** ** ******* **** ********** We requested to doctors to check up on her properly as she has pain in her legs a lot. *** ******* **** **** ********** ***** ***** *** **** **** ****** ** ***** *** ****** ********* ******* *** *** *** ** **** ** *** *** ***** ******** ****** ** ******* **** ** **** ** ***** ** *** ** *** ******* After 15 mins, one female doctor ****** **** ***** ****** ** *** ********* ******** ****** ******** came to check my mother and simply gave instructions to admit her. ***** *** ** ****** **** ** ******* ** ***** *** ** *** ****** *** ***** ***** ******* **** **** ** ** **** **** ** *** **** **** **** ******* *** ******** ** **** **** ** ******* ****** ** ** ** ****** *** **** ******* I was there whole day and night. *** ********* ***** ******* * ****** **** *** ****** *** **** ** *** ********* *** ********** ** **** *** **** **** *** ****** ** ******** ******** *** **** ** **** *** * *** ******* ** *** ***** **** ****** *** ******** **** ** ** **** **** **** *** ***** **** ****** **** ** *********** ****** When nurses came to my mother’s bed then I requested them to do sponge at 6:00AM, but nurses said that Doctor will come in the morning and we do not have time after 6.00AM so we have to do it now. I requested her but she denied me. I noticed that Doctors come around 11AM in the morning then why to do sponge in night time.
They allowed me and my sister to stay with her as my mother was having a lot of pain in her body day and night, so all staff wanted us to stay with her and massage / press her body and legs. Nurses was not interested to do anything or even press the legs or taking care of patients politely. Nurses were not at all paying attention, the housekeeper (who helped patients for washrooms) was only one for so 12-15 patients in 1 shift. The tests who supposed to do at 4 p.m , it was happened at 10:30 p.m. *** *** ******* **** ******* ** **** *** ********* ** **********
