Happy with: Wait time
I saw bad feedback by some patients still took the risk of visiting the clinic on recommendation of my close friend. I called them earlier today and asked for an appointment and suitable time to visit ,the lady at the helm was a confused lot, first she said come at 7:30 but then she said come at 8 o'clock.I asked her what is waiting time and exact appointment time, but she said come at 8 o'clock. When I insisted to give me some timeframe since I was going to visit for my elderly mother above 70 and she said I will make sure that she 'd be seen on time.I went at the clinic at 8 0'clock with my mother ,the lady there said doctor left at 7:30. I was utterly disappointed cos of unprofessional behaviour of staff there.I asked her she should have informed if doctor is going early. She started making excuses like there was something urgent so doctor has to go early.I hope some day the doctor will see the rude behaviour of his staff and things be managed professionally. :(
Dr. Vipul Tyagi is the first doctor who diagnosed my condition in 2001. He actually saved my life last year when I was down with Lithium Toxicity. A gem of a person. We had occasional difference over the course of treatment but as he is expert in these matters , I left it to him and have not regretted my decision yet.
