Dr. Saxena was good and consultation was satisfactory. However, I was disappointed with the charges, I paid Rs 1500 with additional of consultation fees for the advise mainly consisted of guidance on a few simple neck exercises. While the doctor was good and courteous, I did not feel that the treatment or advice provided justified the fees charged. Better value of fee and clearer expectations regarding the consultation would improve the patient experience.
