when i was in Delhi i had an appointment w/ Dr Sanjeev @5pm. i reached max patparganj well in advance but staff said Dr is not here and i have to wait for 15 mins and i had to wait for 45 mins then get a chance to meet Dr.

My initial experience related to timing was not good.

However, when i talk to Dr Sanjeev, he is very polite and within a minute he identified the problem and explained all dos and don'ts. He wrote one expensive medicine later change it to normal upon request. He is very senior Dr and give full time to understand and calmly listen to patients voice. i would highly recommend Sanjeev Sir. Stay healthy

First of all if you visit any doctor for Hemorrhoids (piles) problem, donot expect any magic from doctor which will happen in 2 - 3 days. This is a particular area of body where healing is very poor. I followed the advice and medication given by Dr. SK Srivatava religiously. I started getting relief in 15 days after the visit. Dr. Srivatava always tried to avoid surgery for my Hemorrhoids. I am satisfied with his treatment and diagnosis.advice for all: donot take self medication 💊 in case the Piles pain is more than 2 weeks. Follow what doctor says.

I visited Dr. Sanjeev for lower abdominal pain of my wife, I was worried reading few negative feedback. But after visiting i would like to highly recommend him for the problems comes in his domain. I fond doctor so polite and calm, listen carefully and understand first the problems. We have not found him making any panic and he was calmly trying to relate the things to understand situation better.

He prescribed some basic test and even eger to know the feedback of test outcome without carying a next consultation, thus we will rate him so responsible and serious occupational about patient health. Fully satisfied with my first visit, i am hopeful for future visits and treatment as well. Well Done!!!

I went to Dr Sanjeev after reading so much positive reviews for my GERD treatment. I first took appointment through practo and later went to doctor's clinic. I have ITP issue because of which my platelets are in low range . Before starting any treatment I had informed doctor about this issue. Since my GERD was severe doctor gave me 3 antacids in a day after which I felt some relief in GERD but doctor never informed me that this can cause platelets to reduce . I had asked this question from him in all appointments as I found my platelets reducing from previous report in some numbers. Now after taking medicines for more than 2 months , my ITP relapsed and I am taking medicines for Platelets *** ** **** *** **** *** **** ****** *** ** *** ******** ** ********** ** ** **** ***** *** ***** **** ****** ** **************** * *** ********** *** ***** * *** ***** **** ** *** ** **** ***** I am highly disappointed that neither my issue got resolved ****** ******* *** ****** As a patient I can't judge which medicine should I take or which I should not , utterly disappointed..I won't recommend the doctor to anyone else

I wasn't satisfied at all after having interaction with Dr. Sanjeev at 11:25 am on Nov 20th, 2016. He just made formality and not even asked single symptoms/not queried my mother/no explanation of probable issues/medicines/treatment. I explained to him what all medicines etc she has been taking, what she has been experiencing, where does the pain arises/time/other symptoms etc. We showed to him X-rays(chest/abdomen), CBC, Ultrasound whole abdomen, these reports do mention the diagnosed problems. Instead, he wrote several other test to understand and come again. Frankly I went to him thinking from his experience he can easily get to the point with all these evidences/reports and examining the patient. But he was all silent throughout the time and we were asking what could be the reasons etc. No benefit at all. He just suggested gastro medicines which she is already consuming from previous medication but not of much relief. Finally he said, will you make payment by card or cash given the current currency crunch and he moved out of clinic with us taking his fees.

I will NOT recommend for him to anyone if you're looking for Stomach/Liver expert opinion. My mother is still experiencing pain and I'm still looking for good specialized Gastroentrologist.

I have been the patient of Dr Srivastava since long time.

This time I have visited for my liver .His diagnosis and treatment is I think, the best among many doctors.

My treatment is still going on. I have recommended many patients to get the diagnosis from him.

A job done sincerely pays you as boon.

The doctor never arrives on time.Usually an hour late.Also, the fees mentioned here on the app is Rs500 but if you go to the clinic they will charge you Rs1000.I had to cancel my appointment on the second visit.Quite disappointed with the way things work between the doctor- hospital and Practo.

In visited for GERD treatment. The Doctor was very polite, patiently heard my problems, explained the disease and it's treatment. He didn't advise any tests and prescribed me medication and lifestyle changes.

I got instant relief from my problems which was there for years the very next day after starting the first dose of medicines.

I had approached Dr. Shrivastava for my father's hernioplasty. His outstanding skills as a surgeon are beyond doubt. His gentle and polite demeanour and the patience, compassion and empathy with which he listens to your concerns are very reassuring. His flexibility and consideration regarding the patient's lifestyle and family responsibilities made the surgery less daunting and more optimistic.
