It's been two days since I last visited Derma Redefined by Dr Sampurna. I went for consultation for my acne and a scar that had occured under my left eye area. In two days time, I could see the scar has started to heal and my acne has started to disappear. I will wait for 3 weeks as suggested by the doctor for the results to appear in full.

she is good , smart with her work… good listener as well..she treated and talk in very mannerly way.
I booked an online consultation with her. During the consultation, I explained my problem to her to which she gave me generic statements instead of understanding the problem. I then requested that if she could see the pictures, so that she knows the problem and then she can suggest the treatment. She suggested that we can close this call and then I share the pictures with her, she will have a look at it and will call me immediately. After some time i received the prescription from here, not all addressing the problems i shared, i tried multiple follow ups with reception, every time the receptionist mentioned that the dr will call me in some time, i even texted the dr but did not get any response. I had opted for this dr after going with multiple good reviews but to my surprise the reality is completely opposite. *** **** ***** ***** *** ************ ***** once she receives it, she will pretend to do the formality and that's it. Although this was an online consultation but it clearly shows her behavior towards the patients. I was completely sacked of my consultation money. Posting this review for benefit of other patients.
My experience is so good. Doctor is very humble and full of happiness.
