I was facing some sensitivity issue in my molar tooth. He said, I will have to remove the old filling and will do some medicated filling for this. He charged total Rs 2500 (consultation and just for one tooth filling). Two days after the filling, my tooth was broken down due to wrong drilling he made for tooth filling. I went to Dr same day to discuss it and he said it`s not because of my filling and don`t know why it`s broken and may be it was weak before. He never discussed it to me at the time of filling. He asked me to fill that portion again and was charging Rs 1500 again for same tooth which fill 2 days ago. Even, it was under guarantee of 6 months. ** **** *** ** ***** ******** *** **** *** **** ********** *** ********** * **** ** *** **** ***** ** *** *********** ***** ***** ** ***** * **** *** ******** ** ** ****

It's difficult to hear that a patient had a bad experience at my office, I think the vast majority of my patients feel happy. Our goal is to customize every patients experience to make it as comfortable as possible. The positive reviews here reflects quality work and commitment to the service. You got the filling done somewhere else and came to us with pain and sensitivity in that tooth, we did the filling and you confirmed that you were feeling better, few days after filling your tooth portion broke, we showed you the pic of before after and after fracture of the same tooth, the filling we did was still intact, since the tooth was broken we explained you that a bad bite can weaken teeth, cause cracks that eventually become painful, and may require a root canal or even extraction. You said you wanted filling, any new procedure comes with a cost. If the filling portion was damaged we would have refilled it as we promised. Most importantly, this doesn’t have to be the case for the rest of the teeth! We protect teeth by treating the source of the dysfunction. It’s sad that we did not have the opportunity to do that in this case. Please contact us so that we can help you protect your oral health.

Hoped for better: Wait time

Took appointment for my toddler's regular dental check-up. I specifically took appointment for the reason that waiting longer periods with younger children can be taxing on them and also a safety concern in these times... My appointment was also confirmed by the assistant in the morning. But despite all that, I had to wait close to 1.5 hours for my 1pm appointment. And then I finally left the clinic at 2.35pm without the procedure as our turn hadn't come even after waiting 95 minutes! Horrible time management

I’m sorry to hear about your bad experience. We want every patient to have an exceptional experience at our clinic Dental Makeover and we take complaints very seriously. I understand that inspite of having an appointment, you had to wait for sometime for which we regret that we missed the mark. We are normally known for our exceptional appointment keeping schedule and not making anyone wait longer. Any medical/dental treatment is not an exact science and cannot be performed in exact given time. Since, I was doing an emergency case and some complications arose due to which the procedure of 30 mins took 1 hour which happens sometimes as we cannot compromise with the quality of the work and treatment so I couldn't leave any treatment procedure in between. Also ma'am, post covid things are changed, we are following all the protocols given by all the national and international healthcare agencies like WHO, IDA etc for every patient which includes pulse oximeter evaluation, temperature evaluation, filling of the COVID declaration form and consent form, sanitisation of every patient, PPE kits for the patients which includes disposable head cap, gloves, foot-cover, mouth mask and patient's gowns etc without any charges to the patient, which was provided to you as well. And after every treatment procedure we sanitise our operatory using various chemicals and UVC lights which make every appointment a little longer than normal times and with certain emergencies or/and complications sometimes things gets out of our hand causing delay. Our receptionist had already informed you about the delay and after finishing the emergency case when I came out to call you, I got to know you had already left few mins back. I hope you understand the issue. Still I want to apologise for making you wait and would like to invite you for the consultation anytime you want in future. Thank you for understanding.
