Docter is good and listen to the problem politely...only problem was i booked appointment through Practo but after arriving at the hospital i got to know that the appointment was never confirmed. Practo sent an confirmation for the appointment to many patients but no ones appointment was confirmed due to some issue and we have to opt for Walk in visit which is very time taking. Though i requested the cordinator of the docter and she helped me see the doctor without waiting for hours. So overall it was good except for Appointment process through Practo.

I was patient from migraine from migraine 1995 and always had an intensive pain and it was frequent too. I visited too many drs. earlier before i met him, but no other dr. could treat migraine tendency.

First time i met him during 2010, and he took my complete history and started with very mild treatment, day passed by, he increased/changed the doses based on my condition.

I was continuously followed his direction.

May 9th, 2018 was the day, he said i do not need more medicine now, i am fine with the condition i am in, and with symptoms.

I am really thankful and grateful to him for his kind treatment throughout this journey. As there were plenty of times i decided to quit my job or had taken long breaks from my job because of migraine. Even though, in these tough times, many a times i was told that migraine is keep going, let come to office.

It was Dr. Rajesh Gupta who continuously treated me perfectly with all the pains i had.

I again want to thanks him and pray that all Drs. working nature shall be similar to Dr. Rajesh Gupta.

Reached out to him through a common link. But still not a great experience. Condescending demeanour, lack of empathy with the patient were immediate traits to be noticed in my case. Not enough care shown when problem persisted and we reached out again.

very disappointing it seems like doctor doesn't have much interested in talking with patient. ** ***** **** *********** he has not prescribed any exercise, diet ,further medicine.he has not asked anything to the patient.lack of coordination between patient and doctor.

In this Penedemic Covid situation, they maintain the clinic (Kadkaduma -Delhi) very neat and clean, also maintain social distancing for everyone...

It's feel safe to go in Covid situation.

Dr gave amount of his time, listened and explained patiently. His office informed us before hand to come 15mins later that appointment time so we hv to wait less. He was very clear in his diagnosis and did not prescribe any unnecessary tests. I recommend.
