Dr. Puja was very understanding and helpful. Her therapy techniques helped me to reduce my stress levels to great extent. She also helped me understand my emotions which I feel is a crucial life skill. I feel I was truly blessed to meet her at the right time.

** **** ** **** ** *** *********** I visited her when i was at the lowest point in my life. When I didn’t even know what i was feeling , where expressing felt a big problem to me. I never felt so comfortable talking to anybody but she instantly forms a connection with anybody sitting in front of her. I would really thank her for helping me out get out of the situation so smoothly and giving a new meaning to my life. It would not have been possible if it wasn’t Dr Puja . Thankyou so much !!

I really like how easy it is to talk to her. Being a shy person it’s easy to get along with her, she crates such environment which is comfortable for a shy person. I am very reserved but i could share my deepest problems with her(even the ones that no one knows about her), so she is trustworthy. She seems passionate about her work, which is RARE in doctors honestly. Taking sessions with her have gotten me out of situations i never could have overcome honestly. Ever. I personally could see the deep rooted problems that were causing anxiety and were troublesome, getting solved. Sessions with Dr. Khilwani helped me with anxiety and low self-esteem.

I really like her way of conducting the sessions. She is really helpful and comforting with her way of condusting the sessions.
