*** ****** ********** *** ***** ********** *** ** ***** ***** ****** * ******** *** *********** ***** I called to inquire if there was an alternative medication for relief, but their clinic was closed that day. They told me to come to the clinic the next day, saying they couldn't explain everything over the phone. However, the way they rudely responded without listening to the patient's discomfort was uncalled for.
My appointment was at 7PM, and the clinic rescheduled it for 5.30PM,for which we were unavailable due to office commitments. Yashika the coordinator *** * **********she dint bother to get me another appointment had to manage it by some other agent.The reason they cancelled my appointment was the doctor is not comfortable meeting patients in this pandemic..its a urology dept..heights
