I am having a great experience at Healthyfy, I have lost around 4 kgs (I'm still in the programme, will share the update after it is completed.)They're all really great at what they do. The diet chart they give is completely ghar ka khana and customised to according to your needs. It is a sustainable method which a person can follow life long. No crash dieting...No fad diets which are unsustainable and unhealthy in the long run.Plus my Dietician Dt. Lata Ma'am is really attentive and sweet, she listens to my needs and changes any item in the diet with another healthy and tasty option when I ask her. Dt. Khushi Ma'am is also a really sweet person, she calls regularly to motivate and ask about how the diet and physical activities are going, and whether I'm facing any problems. Talking to her feels like talking to a friend. And, one more thing you can always ask if you feel like you want to consult Dr. Dt. Sheenu Ma'am, she'll always meet you and patiently listen to and help with your issue.

Dr Sheenu is a great motivator. She not only gives you a perfect diet but also treats you as a friend.I have lost 5 Kg in 1 Month. Would surely recommend her..After 3 Years.I visited Dr Sheenu @ HealthFy Solution in 2017. And had taken 6 Months Diet Program. back then I was around 107 kg's.With her perfect personalized diet and specially customized to Satisfy your Taste Buds and that to every week..Helped me Drastically Improve my Lifestyle, I also reduced 24kg and Helped me reduce my hypertension issues as well.My Bod fat was drastically reduced as well, improved my Body Movements, Flexibility and agility. Deepshika mam has been my dietician for about 3 months, her carefully devised diet plan helped me lose around 11 kgs. of weight in the course of 3 months and continuing to loose weight. I attained the following results: Weight Loss - 11 KgInches Loss - Quite significant (Old Clothes fit easily and I love that) Sugar -  6.2 to 5.7 Hba1C BP - High to Normal Muscle Gain - Quite Significant (Very imp to have)

It's been only 2 weeks that I started following their diet programme but have already started getting results....my blood sugar levels have come down...my weight has come down and most importantly my GI system has started working properly....have not had constipation or gas or bloating in these 2 weeks...

And the way they treat you...being so friendly...listening patiently to my queries and solving them...is very nice.

We have been consulting Dt Rajnee and Dr Sheenu for some time now. I initially enrolled for 3 months programme and started seeing amazing results from first month itself. I lost 7 kg in first month. I had my Healing Session with Sheenu mam today, the session made me felt light and relaxed . I experienced strong vibrations throughout my body and felt something got just out with a strong effect, like something was blocked.

And i didn't even realise that it took 1.5 hour in healing and i was feeling like it just started and just ended.

I started my journey with healthyfy when I weighed around 84 kgs. I had a consultation with Dt. Lata and then later Sheenu ma'am herself. Every week for the last 3 months, I have been receiving personalised diet plans. It not only helped me lose weight but overall I have lost inches as well. Clothes fit better, energy levels are great and there is no food deprivation. I would say my experience has been really good and I would totally recommend this to anyone who's struggling with weight loss. So far I have lost 12 kgs. A big thanks to the entire team.
