Hi,

Doctor is experienced and when you start visiting you will feel good. But it is very difficult to get in touch with a doctor when you having treatment remotely. In Pandemic Doctor's clinic where closed and doctor increased the consultation fee. The Staff sitting at the reception is rude & ask fee everytime you visit or call. Even you have to refer the doctor within 3 days of last consultation, you have to deposit fee as per Dr. Deepti's instruction. If you even want to say hello to doctor you have to pay 500Rs at the reception. If you refuse to pay fee on phone because you have recently consulted, they will keep the phone down. Reaching remotely is most irritating. On one number you have to pay money, on 2nd number you have to send report, on third number you have to send your problem and from 4th number you will get a call and that in conference with a staff. The awkwardness is staff asks the pictures to send on whatsapp even you have problem in your private parts. This is horrendous requirement and way of treating their patient from Dr. Deepti.

Treatment is fine, can not say much because I wasn't having a critical problem *** *** *** ** ***** ******* ** *********** *** ********* *** ******* ****** *** *** ****** * ********** ** *** *** *** *** **** ********

Though the doctor was good however the guy at the reception is very arrogant. He promised me he will send my blood reports on the same day i.e by Saturday,he didn't send and when I called him on Monday for the same, he showed attitude to me, saying, " listen to me first".

Satisfied with the explanation of health issue and treatment.

But like many doctors now a days the prescribed medicines available at neighboring medical store are expensive whereas many substitutes from reputed brands are available at 30-40% less price.
