Well this being our first visit but doctor made us feel comfortable and described every medicine of its use and effects on our system. Even asked us to come or contact over phone in case any emergency on account medicines side effects. For (Mrs) VIJAY KUMARI MEDIRATTA.

Dr Bhardwaj is very nice polite, patent friendly, and pleasant always try to make people comfortable. He tried to explain as much as possible about the causes and effect of medicine. I have been visiting him several time since last couples of years.

Doctor is very helpful and his explanations are very meaningful. He motivates the patient and always advice not to worry without reason. Very friendly to understand and then explain your exact situation. He might use some desi words to explain the exact meaning. *** ***** **** **** ** ** *** **** ************* ** my experience was excellent as he motivated us to fight against our own fear.

Totally recommended.

I was very much underweight and not happy with how my body was feeling and needed help. He prescribed me medicines for 3 days and asked me to call him for review. I did not feel well for three days and called but was told outright by the front desk that he just does not talk on the phone and I should send an email.

While I understand what could happen had he let everyone call him on phone but not taking a review call when he had said so was very rude and unprofessional. On top of that, how much can you explain on a call, what about someone who can't say things on email or send one!

Anyway, I sent him an email, called again so the front desk could ask him to respond, but nothing. Three days passed, nothing, four days passed, nothing, all this despite several other calls where I told them I am not feeling well.

It made me realize, he didn't care for follow-up on a patient's health. **** *** **** ***** **** ***** **** *** *** **** ******

Another major issue is procuring medicines he prescribes. The pharmacy at his clinic opens for very limited hours (unlike a regular pharmacy), so you have to wait long to get your medicine. I wasn't well so headed home quickly hoping I will get the medicines delivered home from a close-by pharmacy later.

But no! Checked 5 big and 3 small pharmacies in a 5-kilometer radius, did not get the medicines he had prescribed. Two pharmacies even looked at his name and outright said any meds he writes are almost impossible to get anywhere but at his pharmacy and that this happens all the time. *** ** *** ********* *** **** ****** ** ****************** *** ******* ** * *********** Had to send my brother to get the medicines from his pharmacy at the end. This was super inconvenient and makes no point ***** **** ******* *** ******** ** **** *****

I really did not expect this from him, I regarded him as a good doctor but I was never in this situation so things are clearer now. I saw reviews by other people about him on the internet and found similar stories. Probably should have looked earlier.

He is very good doctor and explain the solution very clearly.

As per practo fee is 600, but they charged 800. Otherwise Dr is good, friendly and knowledgeable.

When I met him for the first time, he smiled at me and asked me my health. I told him everything. Each and every medicines he has given to me, what kind of medicine is used for my illness, explain me very politely, doctor is very nice person.

When asked about the reason of the problem, he arrogantly said " mai nhi btaunga isi ke to khata hoon"

Then just to know i said koi side effect ya kuch. he said pta kuch hai nahi . kuch kare ja rhe ho ..

i dont know why so much attitude.
