I visited Dr. Abhijeet Nigam for IPC treatment, cavity filling, and scaling. The procedure was smooth, well-explained, and handled professionally with minimal discomfort. The clinic was clean, the staff supportive, and everything ran on schedule with no long wait. The fees were fair, and I am very satisfied with the treatment. I would highly recommend Dr. Abhijeet Nigam for dental care.

Dr. Abhijeet Nigam is very good and child-friendly. He provides correct treatment and proper medication. I've been visiting for a year, and my daughter's teeth extractions went smoothly with no issues. I highly recommend him.

I am writing this review for the clinic i went to called the Dental Tree which is jointly operated by dr abhijeet nigam and his wife dr esha sharma. .I went to this clinic for an RCT. My experience was painful,frustrating and extremely lengthy so bear with me while i lay it down for you.

So in my first visit i was told that i will have to go through the RCT procedure which i was okay with although the prices were quite high. on the very first sitting i was given an anesthesia injections which was extremely painful(keep in mind i have had a n rct done before as well). they did the whole thing. took 4-5000 just for rct. they did it in 4-5 sittings (generally takes just 3 sittings). they charged 7000 for the cap and fit it. i suffered unbearable pain after that for several days. they said it is normal and sent me back. then i had to go back again *** **** ***** *** ****** *** **** *** ****** i went there sevral times but they could not help. at this point they have already charged me 12-1300 12-13 thousand rupees. i could not eat for several days *** *** **** **** *********** i had to head back home to go to my family dentist and get it sorted. ** **** ** **** **** *** *** ******* *** ********** now i am back to them and ask them for the cap again. they put it back on. all done. now the cap comes out after about a month and i have to back again. they charge me another 500 for just sticking the cap. the cap came out again a week back. i though i should let people know about this to save them. They ask

i had to go to the clinic for about 22-23 times *** *** **** ***** *** *** *** ****** also they did a filling in 2 of my teeth as well. even the filling chipped off. **** *** *** **** ********* ****** ** ** * ****** ********extremely sad and frustrated **** **** ****** ******** *********

I met Dr. Abhijeet Nigam, but the procedure was done by one of his resident doctors who seemed inexperienced. I was not satisfied with how this was handled.

I truly appreciate the excellent care I received from Dr. Abhijeet during my wisdom tooth extraction. The procedure was done with ***** skill and gentleness, and I felt very comfortable throughout. My wife had missing teeth for which we consulted Dr Abhijit Nigam, who advised for taking treatment for fixing crown and bridges * ***** ******** ** **** ***** Treatment started which took almost 1 year to complete.

These bridges and crowns started coming out within 7 months and almost all the bridges came off and supporting teeths got broken ******* ** ***** ******* ** ******* *** ****** *** ********** ****** ****** ***** ****** ** **** ********* ** *** **** **** *** ********** **** *** ****** *** ** *** ************ *** **** ************ ***** **** *** **** *** ** **** **** *** ******** ****** **** ** *** ******** ***** ****** ** ************ *** ****. Although treatment started in May 2018 yet it continued till Oct 2019 when one bridge came out.

Recently, we sought an appointment in August 2020 when another bridge with crowns came out, breaking other two supporting Original teeths. Now we repent that why we have gone to this clinic.

We do not recommend this doctor for any advance dental treatment.
