I have herniated disc at l4-l5-s1, and retrolisthesis which was diagnosed around 6 yrs back. At that tym i had restricted movements. I was unable to walk for more than 10 min. Standing, walking or sitting was impossible for more than 20 to 30 min. I met this doctor about 4.5 yrs back at a therapy center and gradually he put me on strengthening exercise. This helped me a lot and after 3mnthsmy standing and sitting tym increased from 20 min to 1hrs. I m still continuing my exercises and stretching and now i can stand and walk easily for 4-5kms in a day. Thanks to him to help me bring my confidence back.
