This is Mahipa Rathore, from Siddhartha Vihar, Ghaziabad district, Uttar Pradesh. This was the second pregnancy for my wife. It's so good that we have been blessed with twins (1 boy and 1 girl) under the end-to-end treatment of Dr. Richa. She is an angel in human-face form for me.

It’s a great honor even to write about you, and most importantly, the way you try to improve yourself as a better doctor on a day-to-day basis and keep in touch with your patients is so heartwarming.

I strongly believe a doctor is not someone who just cures the illness of the patient but also boosts the morale of the patient so that they can feel much better than ever. It was there in your treatment, for sure. What else can one ask for from a doctor

To put it simply, how do I express my gratitude. No one wants to see a doctor as a patient, but it’s worth keeping in contact with someone like you who is a well-established overall person.

If you're going to OT or if you don't have time to attend patient don't take fee.

Hi ... before one day i visited to Dr.Richa Gupta for my wife gynec problem before you reach to doctor staff will take Full fee through QR code or cash. In my case i do same and after payment staff said doctor is going to OT and when I reached to doctors cabin (Richa Gupta) she was in hurry without any check up she prescribed me expansive medicine (cost of medicine was 2000 rs for 7 days ) and said to my wife take all medicines for 7 days and after 7days i will do ultrasound. This is very disappointing. In case of emergency or if you don't have time just cancel the appointment and don't take fee. and Just send one message to patient you appointment is rescheduled due to some emergency. That's it.

I visited the Krishna family Hospital for a Hernia surgery I was very impressed by the quality of service and care I received. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. The hospital was clean, well-equipped, and organized. The doctor who examined me was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. He also gave me some helpful advice on how to improve my health and lifestyle. I did not have to wait long for my appointment and the billing process was smooth and transparent. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone who needs medical attention or consultation.

I’m a delicate and sensitive person, and Dr. Richa I was totally impressed by the way I was treated first time when I met her in 2015 and the way she followed up. She is not only an Excellent Doctor , she is simple, superb Human being, Sober, approachable, a Great Social Worker, friendly approach with smiling face with his selfless service with his selfless services. Always amazing treatment. She is an extraordinary intelligent Doctor with human values. Nice advise, Doctors in this era.
