I have started diet consulting with the doctor for 4 months now . My weight had become constant at 78kgs and despite excercising, controlling diet , sugar intake etc.

I am happy to report that I have lost 5 kgs since I started consultation. I could see what I was doing wrong - more importantly my diet is balanced now with salads , fruits and vegetables . I feel more energy, feel lighter and my mood has improved. I am able to do more rigorous asanas and feel more strength and stamina. I am making better choices in food and the transformation has been more at mental level than physical, though my skin is better and I have lost considerable inches - my clothes size has reduced from L to M. There has been zero side effects.

All this without considerable reduction of portions of food or crash diet.
