Diet plans are shared as pre defined templates with no regard to the individual. Saw a few red flags after the first consultation-
1. Bread was recommended over roti
2. I was asked to stop Strength training and switch to only walking.
3. Rajma, paneer etc were removed from the diet.
Overall, a bad experience due to their focus on shedding kilos over gaining health and fitness.
