Ms. Anita Anand says "I am a clinical hypnotherapist with training in crystal healing and past life therapy with a background in Education and Psychology, I have, since 2002, seen hundreds of clients of all ages and helped them with issues such as anxiety, depression, sleep deprivation, addictions, attachments, finding life partners and career counselling. My approach is to gently and firmly work with clients so they can take charge of their lives, physically, emotionally and spiritually. I have lived in the USA and Italy together for 20 years and travelled to many countries.
I have been consulting Anita Anand for a year now and it has been a truly rewarding experience, to say the least.
My main reason to seek her consultation was for acute migrains that I had been experiencing for over 25 years. Our sessions helped me in understanding the root cause of the migraines - my inherent worrisome nature and obsessive concern for my loved ones.
My sessions with her have helped me acquire an understanding of how to deal with situations that are beyond my control and acquire tools to help me in the long run. To acknowledge that one has a problem and needs help is half the battle won. And to find the right counselor is the other half won!
My experience in all my consultations has been fulfilling. She helped me tremendously to find the clarity I was looking for through series of self introspection sessions. Truly, the best Ms. Anand has a unique way to put your biases in front of you and clear the dust on your lens. Thank you so much.

I don't have words to express my gratitude for Dr Anita Anand. I had visited her for the very first time back in 2004 and took a couple of sessions. And then again visited her couple of years back.
