I have been consulting Anita Anand for a year now and it has been a truly rewarding experience, to say the least.

My main reason to seek her consultation was for acute migrains that I had been experiencing for over 25 years. Our sessions helped me in understanding the root cause of the migraines - my inherent worrisome nature and obsessive concern for my loved ones.

My sessions with her have helped me acquire an understanding of how to deal with situations that are beyond my control and acquire tools to help me in the long run. To acknowledge that one has a problem and needs help is half the battle won. And to find the right counselor is the other half won!
