I looked up for the best dentist near me in google and found surbhi dental clinic. I called in and booked and appointment gor 10:30 the next day. When I reached for the appointment I was told that the doctor is not available as he has gone to attend the conference.
But somehow he came for the appointment.
On the same day i was given a follow up appointment for 10:30 on a Tuesday next week.
On monday i recieved a call asking me if I could do 12:00 pm instead of 10:30. I have to start work at 1:00pm and the appointment would take nearly 60-75 mins . So I said 12pm is not possible for me. So they receptionist checked with the doctor and called me back asking if I could do 11 am and I was fine with it.
On Tuesday morning again i got a call from the receptionist asking if I will be attending the 11am appointment and I said I will be attending it.
I reached the clinic by 10:50 am and the receptionist asked me to wait. While I was waiting there were two other patients who came in and they were called in for their treatment. In between I had asked the receptionist when I will be called and she said 'ipo vilikum' . I waited till 11.40am and walked off.
One suggestion I have is if you do not have time slots available please dont accommodate people. I could have waited for a less busy day. What you have done today is not acceptable.
This has been a bad experience for me and even though the doctor was excellent. The treatment I got today was just sad.

I consulted Dr.Shiju Augustine at Surabhi Dental Clinic Angamaly for clear aligners. I received excellent customer service from Dr. Shiju and his team. He was very good at explaining about the whole process. Even though I only had a couple of months in Kerala, he went above and beyond to ensure I received my aligners in time maintaining high standards. I’ve been to many clinics in Kerala however haven’t experienced this top notch care and facilities. Best wishes to Dr. Shiju and his team to continue excelling and winning patients hearts.

I am telling this because I had a very decayed tooth and a broken root left inside the cavity which was aching my soul out. They dealt with absolute care and prescribed medicines which did the job.
