With more than 20 years of experience , Dr.Rekha Prasad is a passionate ayurvedic doctor hailing from a family of ayurvedic physicians of the past four generations. She completed her BAMS degree from Sri Jayendra Saraswathy Ayurveda College in 2003. She is one of those ayurvedic doctors who follows the kerala traditional way of ayurvedic treatments and integrates her knowledge and experience with modern diagnostic techniques, with the aim of achieving more holistic and impactful patient outcomes.She's a certified yoga trainer. She uses her yogic wisdom, practices, and teachings in the application of yoga postures in various health conditions to prevent/ alleviate structural, physical, emotional pain or suffering.
