I had been to hospital and it was for gynaecology related. Consultation was fine by the doctor. I had nice experience. I am satisfied with the explanation and treatment given. I can surely recommend doctor to my family or friends circle. There was waiting time in the hospital. Doctor was very friendly and understood my issue.

I had visited the hospital and met the doctor for pregnancy-related check-up. Consultation experience was good with the doctor. I can surely recommend doctor to others. Iron and folic acid tablets as prescribed by the doctor. Medical tests were also done. There was some waiting time in the hospital.

I had a recurring vaginal issue for which I sought consultation through Practo with a well known hospital and recommended doctor. I must say the experience I had was unfortunately something I wouldn't recommend for anyone I know. I felt the hospital wasn't as hygienic as it needs to be especially given the covid times. I took a scan and a test as recommended by my doctor and I felt the level of cleanliness was really poor. (For eg. the machine they used during the scan had someone else's short hair and gel on it, the sheet on the bed was so dirty and old) To top it off, the behaviour of most staff starting from the reception to the doctor and the scanning people was very kurt and not at all cordial. Also my test result (mentioned on top) was to come back in a week but my doctor did suggest some antibiotics reassuring me that if my results were normal just taking these antibiotics should cure my recurring infection completely. After a week I got my test results normal and therefore the OP didn't want me to consult the doctor but as always like I told the doctor I had temporary relief when taking the medication but the infection was back the next month. I had to spend so much money on the scans and tests plus the not so cordial behavior during consultation only to have the issue recur again. It might be just my personal point of view on this but I thought I'd anyway share my not so great experience with the hospital.
