Dr. Sanam Basheer

Dr. Sanam Basheer is a very competent obstetrician in Kochi. Her approach, diagnosis and timely action to resolve complex pregnancy issues are indeed commendable! I am very thankful to her and the entire team at City Hospital for providing such professional and friendly care during my pregnancy, while I had acquired gestational diabetes and some other complications. Dr. Sanam motivated me all through my pregnancy and guided me well to make right decisions. I had a normal vaginal delivery and she was very efficient at her work. Her post natal care was equally qualitative.

I am a woman from Germany travelling on my own in India. I got this heavy pain and was surely not happy going to an Indian hospital/doctor for a gynecology issue. I was beyond impressed with my experience at this doctor’s CITY Hospital Ernakulam , one of the specialist Gynecological Doctor in Kerala, I would highly recommend this Doctor for who seeing this reviews , she takes a time to answer all questions and explains what she is doing clearly to my wife when I was not with her .I strongly feel that Dr. Sanam Basheer is sort of the ideal of a family doctor. She genuinely cares, she is very professional and very comfortable ; Staff and other practicing nurses are also very nice and helpful.

Although the interaction with the doctor was very satisfactory however the appointment got delayed by almost 30 mins. The doctor showed extreme professionalism by pinpointing the exact problem and dealt with it in a professionally manner. Overall satisfactoryvexperience

Doctor Sanam was very fast in diagnosing my daughter. Just in 5 minutes she could say the medication. In the Youtube I had seen Dr's talk on women and their empowerment, basis which we had come to the Clinic. Shall visit next week too and share the experiences.

****** ** ****** **** *** experienced but for consultation of MTP and for 6 tablets they charged us 15000 rupees. No where in india you will be paying this much and there is no fixed charge for it. Hospital can charge how much ever they want. I wrote to NMC, DMO and health ministry and they wont do anything about it as well. It is simply cut throat and no law exist to prevent this over charging by hospitals.
