Dr Gene's diagnostic skills are excellent so is her communication, she helped me to be at ease and did a difficult tooth extraction and I didn't feel the pain at all.

Dr Gene has been exceptional! An extremely satisfying experience with a thorough professional and a lovely human being. She's in some sense a perfectionist and seems to be constantly updating herself with new developments in the field. There is also high focus on cleanliness, hygiene and safety in the clinic and the patient gets the comfort that one is in safe hands under her care.

Dr. Gene Jacob is a caring capable doctor who can give you confidence that you are in very good hands. Her fingers are so deft and the patients problems are attended to with utmost attention. I had a very bad case of swelling and pain from an infected tooth...It was handled very efficient.

The Clinic is super clean and disinfected...I will recommend Dr. Gene Jacob to all my friends and family.

I had a wisdom tooth removal which was verh tricky because it was sideways. The doctor made me very comfortable and had also explained to me the details of the procedure and the dos and donts.

They were very careful while doing the procedure especially the part when the anaesthesia had to be put.

All in all I had a wonderful experience with them.

She is very detail oriented and her emphasis on perfection in her work has amazed me at times.

It was the first ever time that I didn’t feel that I was at the dentist’s. Everything was explained in detail and I was extremely happy with my visit!

Excellent experience, she explained the whole procedure and was very friendly. I learned that we should never wait too long with a cavity, learned how to identify a cavity, how to brush properly and above all how important our teeth is. I was very afraid to meet a dentist due to my prior experiences (with other dentists) but this doctor is really good.
